Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached and intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
