This 90 minute sound meditation takes us on a journey of subtle energy work through listening and self-healing. Led by musician/practitioner Samer Ghadry and comprised of several kinds of live sounds, this class offers a chance to unwind, feel grounded, and simplify our entire systems for a stronger connection to our true self and true path.
