HELD: Rituals for love, liberation + interdependence
Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Thursday July 30th at 7pm for an evening of coming back into presence and understanding.Â
Participants will move through a full body meditation using breath, visioning, and light movement. We will ground in testimony and witness as we explore our origin stories around grief, grieving, and permission. We will practice rituals that guide us to locating ourselves, and deepen or begin a practice of releasing narratives that prohibit true freedom. We will move intentional sound through our body and learn how to source the power of grief to create and co-create the world we wish to share.Â
Every person who gathers in circle will leave with tools and rituals for daily practice.
We will fellowship and share the inexhaustible presence of love and the spiritual alchemy of Grace.
